Despite their short-lived career, they had a significant impact on the music scene and are still beloved by many musicians and music fans in Japan.

Their only Japan tour took place in 1989, with a performance in Aichi as the opening act for the newly opened Nagoya Club Quattro on the same day as Nagoya PARCO (June 29, 1989). The offer to perform at the 35th anniversary of Nagoya Club Quattro's opening on 2024 was the catalyst for this miraculous reunion and Japan tour by the original members. After 35 years, the nostalgic songs of youth will be revived.

Fairground Attraction - Profile:
Formed around Glasgow-born female singer Eddie Reader, they were based in London's East End and signed with RCA Records for their debut. Their debut single 'Perfect', released in March 1988, became a huge hit and reached number one in the UK. Their debut album 'The First of a Million Kisses', released in May 1988, also reached number one.

They held their first and only Japan tour from June to July 1989. They announced their disbandment in 1990. The reunion of the original band members and the announcement of the Japan tour after 35 years will take place in 2024.
