New Roomwear from TV Anime 'NieR:Automata Ver1.1a' Now Available for Pre-order

Square Enix and PlatinumGames' popular action RPG 'NieR:Automata' has surpassed 7.5 million copies shipped and downloaded worldwide since its release on February 23, 2017. The anime adaptation, 'NieR:Automata Ver1.

1a', premiered its first cour in January 2023, with the second cour confirmed to be in production. Now, new merchandise based on the series is available for pre-order.

The roomwear is inspired by the costumes of the characters 2B and 9S.

The 2B model features a gown-style design, while the 9S model is a set of top and bottom. The fabric, which is predominantly black, is soft and has a gentle touch. The embroidery on the chest bears the emblem of the YoRHa unit.

The pre-order period for these items is from December 8, 2023, to January 10, 2024. They can be reserved at various locations, including Animate stores, Animate online shop, and Movic mail-order service.

The 2B roomwear is priced at 13,200 yen (tax included) and is available in a unisex size with approximate measurements of 100cm in length, 54cm in width, 50cm in shoulder width, and 60cm in sleeve length.

The 9S roomwear is priced at 16,500 yen (tax included) and is also available in a unisex size. The top measures approximately 67cm in length, 50cm in width, 48cm in shoulder width, and 62cm in sleeve length, while the pants have a waist width of approximately 36-50cm (with an elastic waistband), a total length of approximately 54cm, a hip width of approximately 47cm, an inseam of approximately 25cm, and a crotch length of approximately 27cm.

The expected release date for these items is around April 26, 2024.
